Hi! My name is Karen. I am a wife, mom, life coach, cook, baker, gardener, substitute elementary teacher, and lover of all dogs. I enjoy having a variety of interests in my life, but the core of who I am and what I value never varies. It helps me live a life that feels like me and IS me. It helps guide me when I question where to go or what to do next.
These values are what I carry with me in my work as a Life Coach. Coaching is a tool that allows me to connect with my clients as they grow parts of their life that fulfill them while weeding out the things that don’t. When we connect with another and allow them to feel seen, heard, and understood—that’s when amazing things happen:
My gift has always been providing a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space for helping others. It is who I am and whom I was before becoming a Life Coach. But, then, coaching became the tool that allowed me to support career professionals, coaches, empty nesters, teens, at-home parents, and anyone stuck in old habits-support as they make a change- unsure of their next step. In 2020, I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and in 2022 I became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Today, I have a variety of clients whom I connect with and support as they move thru life. You can find me @ Karen Tran, Seattle Life Coach. Penny
Penny is the inspiration for my blog “A Penny for Your Thoughts” and my Coaching Co-Pilot.
Penny is resilient, kind, welcoming, and accepting of anyone she meets. She gives me companionship, lots of laughs, and reminds me to enjoy the moment. She inspires me daily and brings smiles to many of those around her. Her favorite pastime: Digging in the dirt, sleeping, lounging in the sun, begging for treats, getting lots of love, and eating homemade popcorn on movie nights. |
